lot better if all parties are comfortable with each other and are prepared
to build a solid friendly working relationship based on open and free
communication. At Murray Homes we make this easy because we are easy
going real people with no pretentious ego's to get passed. Our
owners work in the business so as a customer you have a direct line to the
owners whenever you might need. This generally makes getting any
issues solved a simple and easy process - we like that, life is too short
for arguments.
Stability

company failures and customers caught up in a struggle to get their homes
finished or their deposits back. Murray Homes has been operating for
7 years and has built a reputation as a solid and stable company to build
with. We hold land stocks and sometimes hold the cost of building
for our clients until a home is completed. This requires that our
owners invest their money in the business. We are Registered Master
Builders and offer to all of our customers the strength and assurance of a
7 year MasterBuild Guarantee. In addition we have our clients
deposits held in a solicitors trust account until we have completed the
foundation and floor - In this way we make sure that our customers have
the best protection at all times.
Tried and tested project management

Any building project requires the
efficient and timely allocation of labour and materials. Trades
people are notoriously dissorganised and poor at time keeping. Our
internal processes ensure that trades and suppliers are called to account
to get the job done right and right on time. Our experience and
systems work to acheive an average build time of around 5 months from
issue of building consent for most projects. We are proud of our success
at getting jobs to flow - just ask any of our past
customers.
Great range of home plans and an
easy design process
We
have built hundreds of new homes over the past 7 years and our library of
plans to fire your imagination and passion is extensive. We provide
a small sample of these along with a price list to give you the ability
to scope the budget for your project. Our in house designer
loves the challenge of working with each client to modify a library plan
or start from a blank sheet to create a home for you that perfectly
matches your needs and desires.
